-the bathroom was too small -the support of the TV dangerous (sharp edges) -bad picture quality of the TV -only one plug in the room -lamp only on one side of the twinn bedroom

the staff were absolutely lovely, and the room was clean with lovely view. the breakfast was good for a hotel of this rating with a nice view and bread rolls and cheese.

100% recommend this quiet and absolutely charming hotel in an amazing location to a taxi on 3 occasions. Absolutely lovely staff, outstanding views to harbor and cablecar, everything is very good. The room is huge and clean and equipped with coffee/tea making machines and multi-channel television.

I had a lovely stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Madeira. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room may have been small, but it was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the town center. Although the hotel is situated on a steep hill, taxis were readily available for the return trip. I highly recommend this unique and authentic accommodation for a memorable stay in Madeira.
